My fascination with health and fitness began in high school when my dad took up running as a hobby and invited me to join him. Fast forward a couple years and I joined the cross country team in college (where I met my husband) and started learning more about how nutrition affected my running. In 2006 I became a personal trainer, and spent the next 10 years working with a wide variety of clients in Ohio, Kentucky, and Michigan.
The more time I spent working with people trying to lose weight and reach their fitness goals, the more I realized the intense need for a more holistic approach to health and weight loss. In 2018 I became a certified health coach and started developing nutrition programs for busy families.
I now focus on teaching people to cook healthy, homemade meals as they improve their health by making simple changes to their lifestyle.
