The key to the success of this program is accountability. By checking in with your coach every other week for 12 weeks, you will be on track to reach your goals.
This program is completely personalized. Workouts, meal plans and goals are put together based on your needs and lifestyle.
Each week we will set 1 goal for nutrition. This goal could be as simple as eating an extra serving of vegetables each day, or as involved as a detailed meal plan. You decide.
Healthy habits take time to create. Each session we will pick one habit to focus on for the next 2 weeks. These habits can include sleep, stress management, self care, or anything else that you feel is necessary to improve your health.
Hydration is one of the most important keys to a healthy weight. Each week we will set a realistic daily hydration goal, and make sure you have all the tools you need to reach that goal
By the end of this 12 week challenge, most participants can expect to lose between 10-20lbs.
