It's no secret that our society is getting more unhealthy as time passes. For the first time in many years, the current generation is predicted to have a shorter life expectancy than their parents. It is time to make some changes, and the simplest way to make those changes is to start with food.
Healthy habits are a lifetime pursuit, and the earlier they begin, the more incorporated they will be. As parents, we are the first teachers and we set the example. We can give our children a jump-start on a long and healthy life by teaching them to prioritize healthy, homemade meals.
Simplicity and sustainability are key to every successful program. It's much easier to create meal prepping habits if they are realistic for your lifestyle. With the right tools (like this program, and a good knife), you'll be ready to rock this.

Each week participants will receive:
Each recipe will take 5-10 minutes to prep, and comes with options to make either 4-6 servings, or 8-12 servings. That way you can plan for company, teenage appetites, or leftovers.
Each meal is grain free, dairy free, and refined sugar free. Each recipe comes with instructions for cooking in both the stove/oven, and a slow cooker.
Most recipes come with suggestions for side dishes, as well as options to add grains and dairy, if desired.
