TrueFit was created to make healthy living just a little bit simpler for busy moms. We cover all the important stuff in this program:
No more guilt about feeding your family fast food!
Each week you will receive recipes and a grocery list to make 5 healthy freezer meals, with the option to participate in a one hour online workshop.
Each recipe comes with options for both oven and slow cooker. All workshops are recorded and emailed, in case you can't participate live.
Participate in live group workouts without leaving your home! We use the Zoom app, so you can participate from any location!
Workouts take place every Monday/Wednesday/Friday morning from 5:30-6:00am EST. No equipment needed!
All workouts are recorded and emailed by 6am in case you are unable to attend at the scheduled time.
