Anywhere! We will do weigh ins at Powerhouse Gym in Kalamazoo, but you don't have to be local to participate.
All participants will receive detailed meal plans and grocery lists to follow along with for the entire 30 days. These plans are your blueprint for success!
Whole30 is 30 days of eliminating certain foods that could be negatively affecting your health. These include grains, dairy, sugar and legumes. For 30 days we will focus on helping our bodies heal from any side effects these foods may cause. We will also break sugar addictions, gain massive amounts of energy AND lose weight!!
Is it challenging? Yes.
Is it worth it? ABSOLUTELY!
